1、 Crucible body material selected: conventionally select three kinds materials TP2、TU2、T2. BJYZ may produce material which customer decides for crucible according to crucible application and equipment system.

2、 Flange material selected: be sure generally according to material conduction, intensity and rigidity, including TP2、TU2、T2、Qsi3-1 and steel material.

3、 If be the bigger crucible and special crucible, we would select Qsi3-1 or steel material as flange

4、 BJYZ may supply recent developed copper alloy material for high performance crucible and buy’s special request, including containing Ni copper alloy (equal to ACM1 copper alloy in Germany ) and Cr Zr—Cu alloy (equal to ELBRODUR copper in Germany).
